Description
Seven out of ten pompsky puppies are still looking for their forever homes. They were born on the 1st of March and have had their first vaccinations, so are ready to move to their forever homes. There are six boys and one girl left. I play with them regularly every day to ensure they are happy and confident with people. None of them have any issues with being handled. At 3 weeks of age they all responded to my voice and come to me to be picked up and handled. You can play with their ears, tails, and feet (a lot of dogs don't like that because they are not used to it).
At nine weeks old ive played with them constanty every day and despite their needle sharp puppy teeth ive not had a single scratch.
Various friends and family visit to see the puppies and they respond very positively to any new people.
The puppies from the first litter were all very well behaved. I'm still in regular contact with most of their new pet parents. When they were with me, there was virtually no nipping and they had started responding to basic commands. All the reports have been extremely positive about how well the puppies settled into their new homes and how well they behave and progressing.
Both Mum and Dad are with the puppies here. I'm available pretty much anytime, if you want to arrange a call or a visit. You'll be able to see both Mum and Dad with the puppies and how well they all get on. Both mum and dad are very tolerant. If you are too far away to travel, I'm more than happy to arrange a video call. If you can I would advise a face to face viewing, you'll get a much better idea of their nature seeing them and being able to handle them. If you're lucky you might even get a puppy fall asleep on a foot or on your lap, something you will never tire from. The first time I met Suki (Mum) when she was just 6 weeks old, she fell asleep on my right foot. She still does the same even now except its just part of her head now rather than most of her body .
They have been chipped, flea'd, wormed and vet checked. Their initial vet health check was at 8 weeks when they were vaccinated. All passed their health checks with flying colours.
The only time either parent have been to the vets has been for their routine health checks / vaccinations, etc the same for all the puppies. The puppies were born and initially raised in my bedroom, and Mum and Dad are both here with them. Both parents are my pet dogs, the only time they have spent a night away from me was when i was in hospital for an operation! Both will be available when viewing the puppies. Dad plays excessively with the puppies They love following him around the garden, its like the pied pipper with the puppies following behind him in single file. Mums unusually relaxed about dad; she was letting him watch the puppies from day one. He has been able to see the puppies and had supervised access to them since birth. He loves the time he gets with them.
Both parents are very well natured always excited meeting new people (as you will find out when you come to visit). The puppies all show a good nature so far. The puppies have been regularly handled from birth. I play with them regularly throughout the day. Making sure they are all completely happy being handled. They have no issues with being handled. The are happy having their feet, ears, and tail. I can even open their mouths to check if what they are crunching on is something that should be in their mouths or not! These first few weeks in the household settling means they will be used to the sounds and noises around the house. Things like the hoover, the door bell, occasional smoke alarm (when cooking toast π) etc do not effect them. I continue to try and expose them to sounds and sights so they are as well adjusted as possible for when they move to there forever homes. They have even been in the garden while I use the lawn vac and not been spooked by that!
Even their recall is good, they can be in the garden playing and I can call them ‘Puppies, puppies eh eh eh’ and they all come running in. Super sweet π . Easier than the 2 adults π.
I started weaning them at c. 3 weeks of age. They eat whole foods now, chicken wings and drumsticks seem to be their favorites ATM.
If you would prefer a slightly larger Pomsky or a slightly smaller Husky, these puppies will be ideal. Mum (Suki) is 75% Husky as her mum was a 100% Husky and Dad was a 50:50 Pomsky both from the same home. I am still in contact with her human parents. Dad (Shadow) is 62.5% Husky as Mum was 75% Husky and Dad 50:50. Therefore, the puppies are 68.75% Husky. When viewing, Suki and Shadow can be seen to give an idea of the likely size. For ref. Mum is c. 21kg and Dad c. 18kg. Both parents will be available for you to see and interact with when you visit . At birth, they all started with jet-black eyes. They are now developing eye colours, some are blue, some brown some mixed. At birth, the puppies averaged c. 365g, now at 8 weeks they average c. 4.5kg. The initial photos are of mum and dad and the litter as a whole. Shadow (dad) is the smaller of the 2, black with white patches. The first set of photo's of the puppies are at 3 weeks old. I've added more photo's the first lot with names are c. 6 weeks old. If you want to see any additional photos of any of the puppies just let me know.
You will automatically get free puppy insurance for the first 5 weeks from collecting your puppy. So one thing you won't need to worry about to start with. I will also provide some food as well as toys and puppy blankets that will smell of their pen and siblings so they will have a bit of home to take with them. They will also have a collar and lead. Any more info. required please contact me.
